Founder & CEO
Demitriah founded Delphi Operations with a passion for connecting the policy in Washington, D.C. to the business owners and operators in the rest of the country. After leading supply chain teams in premier consulting firms for a decade, Demitriah spent two years in D.C. studying foreign affairs, policy, and governmental bodies including the Department of Commerce and the World Trade Organization.
In her former consulting roles, Demitriah served Fortune 200 clients in successful strategic transformation and continuous improvement projects spanning core supply chain, distribution and logistics, procurement, strategic sourcing, working capital and payables management, and supplier relationship management. Her experience includes both global and domestic engagements with market leading companies during acquisitions and divestitures. Her latest research focused on artificial intelligence, international trade, sanctions and national security.
Demitriah is also proficient in Spanish.
